Meet Whisp, a wonderful panda cub from Charlie Bears 2015 Secret Collection, designed by Isabelle Lee. Whisp is made from the finest pale lilac ultrasoft plush with grey tipping.  She has a hand embroidered nose, lightly shaved muzzle with airbrushing, Charlie Bears signature 'Who Me?' look and tickly toes.  She wears a matching organza bow.
