Meet Garter, she represents 'Something Blue' in Charlie Bears 2019 Minimo- Wedding Belles Series.  Garter has the finest mohair on her arms, legs and head.  Where the mohair is sparse, the blue colored backing underneath can be seen and this has some dark airbrushing at the end of her paws to add a pretty color. She also has luxurious pale cream alpaca on her tummy, muzzle and on her outer ears. She has a cute peach hand-stitched nose and mouth, tickly whiskers, big ears and a long tail. She wears a delicate white and blue flower headband and she wears a pretty organza ribbon. If you like Garter, you may want to consider her friends Diamond, Lace and Tiara.
