Fred is expertly crafted from the finest mohair in shades of brown and cream.  He has a hand embroidered nose, lightly shaved muzzle with airbrushed detailing, Charlie Bears signature 'Who Me?' look and tickly toes.  He wears a blue check hat, lace neck ruff edged in light blue and a knitted bow adorned with two pompoms.
