Steiff's Christmas Bear from 2009 is a luxuriously white Teddy bear with an incomparably warm glow in its dark eyes is an enchanting herald of the most wonderful time of the year: Christmas. Its thick fur made of cream-colored alpaca and its beautifully knitted jumper keep it cuddly warm even in the cold winter temperatures. It is especially proud of the pretty, festive holly branch motif on its jumper with the happy message "Merry Christmas". The Christmas bear has a light brown, lengthways-stitched little nose that is already looking forward to the scent of pine branches, freshly-baked biscuits and all kinds of other Christmas goodies. This festive Teddy bear is limited to the year 2009 and bears the gold-plated Steiff "Button in Ear".
